摘要
目的:探讨后路GSS钉棒系统内固定加融合手术治疗创伤性腰椎滑脱的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析2005年6月～2010年1月收治的10例创伤性腰椎滑脱症病例,观察钉棒系统内固定加融合手术的疗效。结果:术后9例完全复位,1例残留Ⅰ度滑脱。术后随访6～24个月,平均12个月,其中,优9例,良1例。结论:后路钉棒系统内固定加融合手术治疗创伤性腰椎滑脱具有复位完全、固定牢固、融合满意等优点。
Objective：To research the clinical effect of internal fixation with nail-stick system and fusion operation via posterior approach for treating lumbar spondylolisthesis due to acute fracture.Methods：A retrospective study of 10 patients with lumbar spondylolisthesis due to acute fracture was designed from June 2005 to January 2010.The clinical effect of internal fixation with nail-stick system and fusion operation was observed.Results：9 cases were completely reseted in postoperation,one case remained lumbar spondylolisthesis of Ⅰ degree.The followed-up was 6 to 24 months（mean 12 months）.The result of operative effect was excellent 9 cases and good 1 case.Conclusion：The operation of internal fixation with nail-stick system and fusion operation via posterior approach had the merit of completely reseting,fast fixing and satisfactory fusion.
