In this paper, the DC resistor voltage dividers with shield resistor have been analysed, a calculating formula of errors has been obtained. Using this formula, the structure and size of dividers can be chosen. Two high accurate dividevs ( 250kA, accuracy 0.1 and 150kV accuracy 0.02 respectively ) were designed and made.
