摘要
为了解滁州市居民的膳食状况,随机抽取了150名滁州市居民进行膳食调查。分析可知大多数滁州市居民一日三餐比例适宜、每日摄取盐的数量恰当、体质指数也在安全范围之内、对营养知识感兴趣且认为很重要,但是由于缺乏相关知识的宣传和普及,大多数人不明确营养素的生理功能和来源、水和牛奶以及豆浆的摄入量参差不齐等。针对这些问题提出科学的指导和建议。
150 of the dwellers in Chuzho were investigated by means of a questionnaire with 20 questions about their diet.The general diet nutrition of dwellers in Chuzhou was then analyzed and some suggestions on how to improve their diet quality were offered as well.
