摘要
[目的]观察中西医结合治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘疗效。[方法]回顾性研究咳嗽变异性哮喘中西医结合治疗及单用西药治疗的诊疗方法对照和治疗结果比较。[结果]主要症状为干咳，中药祛风止咳结合支气管扩张剂及糖皮质激素吸入能有效治疗。中西医结合治疗组中32例患者在治疗1周内症状缓解达84．2％；对照组中13例在1周内缓解达34．2％。[结论]中医药在咳嗽变异性哮喘治疗中具有较好的疗效。
