摘要
基于牛顿运动定律,研究压力注胶法修复混凝土板裂缝过程中胶体的渗流机理,建立了适用于胶体在板中渗流的力学计算模型,采用MATLAB计算软件求解方程,将此模型应用于某实际工程。同时介绍压力注胶修复混凝土板裂缝的施工工艺和注意事项,从而保证了施工质量和施工安全,取得了良好的效果。
Based on Newton law of motion,colloid seepage mechanisms about concrete cracks repairing with grouting epoxy resin are researched so that mechanical calculation model is set up,which is suitable for colloid in seepage in panel.Besides,the software of MATLAB is used to solve the equation.This model is applied in some engineering.Furthermore,construction technology and attention points of concrete cracks repairing with grouting epoxy resin are introduced.The results show that construction quality and safety are ensured,and good effect is obtained.
