摘要
南昌海立电器有限公司新建铁芯车间采用大跨度单层结构厂房,属于超高、超跨度的大型混凝土结构工程。参照相关设计和施工规范,提出高支架搭设方法。同时,对基础、立杆、水平杆等构件进行构造处理,对支撑钢管、扣件和立杆进行稳定计算。通过采取施工各阶段的技术安全管理措施,保证了施工安全,提前完成施工任务。
The large-span single-layer factory is adopted to new-built steel core workshop in Nanchang Haili Electric Co.,Ltd.,which belongs to super-tall and super-span concrete structure.Based on the corresponding design and construction codes,the installation method about tall formworks is put forward.Furthermore,the structure of foundation,vertical bar,horizontal bar and so on are designed.The stability calculation of supporting steel-tube,fasteners and vertical bar is carried out.The construction safety is ensured by selecting technological safe measures at different stages in construction.The construction is completed in advance.
