摘要
１９８３年２月湖北省随洲市淅河镇１大队，因集体进食感染旋毛虫病的猪肉而引起旋毛虫病爆发流行。进食者１０５人，发病８２例，罹患率７８．０９％，平均潜伏期为２０ｄ。临床表现：发热、腹痛、腹胀、关节酸痛、四肢肌痛、乏力、眼睑水肿。采集４０名发病者的血清进行ＩＨＡ和环蚴试验，阳性率为１００％。来自同一家庭３０名正常人血清仅２名阳性，阳性率６．６７％。用阿苯达唑治疗两个疗程。
An outbreak of human trichinosis occurred in Feb.1983 in Xihe town of Suizhou county Hubei province.Among 105 persons who ate half done pork,82 became infected (78 09%).IHA and circus larva precipitation tests were conducted on 40 cases and a 100% positive rates,was got in contrast with the control 6 67%(2/30) positive.The incubation period varied from 11 to 30 days with average of 20 days.The clinical symptoms were as fever,abdominal pain,generalized,muscular aching especially the calf muscles,arthragia and eyelid eaema.Human trichinosis is one of important parasitic diseases.
