摘要
将大鼠随机分成正常对照、模型对照和治疗组。用雌二醇和孕酮诱导大鼠发生乳腺增生,观察乳头高度、乳腺组织结构、测定体内生殖激素水平。结果表明:模型对照动物血液中的垂体促乳素、促卵泡素和雌二醇的浓度显著高于正常对照,促黄体素和孕酮则明显降低;模型对照动物的第2、3对乳头高度显著增高;在治疗组中,结果显示健乳灵在一定程度上可以调整体内垂体-性腺的激素分泌活动;并对乳腺增生病大鼠的乳腺组织有明显的改良作用。
45 conventional SD female rats were randomly divided into three groups: the normal control, the model control and the therapeutic group. The model of MGH was induced by injecting rats with estradiol benzoatis and progesterone. Rats in the normal control were received saline injection only. The therapeutic group was treated with Jianruling for 60 days after making MGH. The height of teats, levels of serum reproductive hormones and changes of histological structure of the mammary glands were measured and observed. The results showed that the levels of serum prolactin, follicle stimulating hormone(FSH) and estradiol of the model control were significantly higher(P<0.05 or P<0.01), but luteinizing hormone(LH) and progesterone were significantly lower(P<0.05 or P<0.01) than that of the normal control. The height of 2nd and 3rd pairs of teat in model control increased significantly compared to that of normal control(P<0.01). In the therapeutic group, the results suggested that Jianruling modulate the secretive function of pituitary ovarian and exert obvious ameliorative effects on histological structure of mammary glands in MGH rats.
