摘要
以~3H-R1881为放射配体,测定良性增生与正常人前列腺中雄激素受体(AR)的含量,胞浆中AR含量分别为9.11±1.77(n=19)和9.01±1.24(n=4)fmol/mg蛋白,胞核提取液中AR含量分别为22.39±2.54(n=12)和24.04±2.08(n=6)fmol/mg蛋白。结果显示人良性增生前列腺胞浆和胞核提取液中AR含量与正常相比均无明显差异(P>0.05)。
The androgen receptor(AR)content in human prostate of
benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH)and normal subjects were measured.The
cytosolic AR content in BPH and normal subjects were 9.11±1.77(n=
19)and 9.01±1.24(n=4)fmol/mg protein respectively(P>0.05),
whereas the nuclear AR content in BPH and normal subjects were 22.39±
2.54(n=12)and 24.04±2.08(n=6)fmol/mg protein respectively
(P>0.05).These findings show that the AR content of protate in BPH
was not significantly higher than in normal.
