摘要
论述了快速数字波形记录仪和数字存贮示波器的采样一保持技术,模数转换技术,论述了数字波形记录仪器的量化误差、采样误差、动态性能和有效位一频率特性,介绍了实时采样技木和等时采样技术的差别,最后介绍了如何根据自恢复绝缘和非自恢复绝缘冲击电压试验的特点,选择仪器的主要参数——分辨率和采样率。
This paper describes the sample-hold and analog-digital converting technique in fast digitizer and digital storage oscilloscope.The quantization error,sampling error,dynamic performance and effecfive bit--frequencycharacteristics of adove digital instrument are also described.The paper points out the difference between real-time and equivalent-time sampleing technique in measureming of single shoot signal and reputitive signal. According to the recent IEC draft 'Digital recorder for measurements in HV impulse tests', we introduce that how to select the rated resolution and sampling rate of digitizers employed for testing of self-restoring and non-self-restoring insulation.
