摘要
目的:提高老年人早期食管癌的诊断率和评价外科治疗效果。方法:对1975年3月～1997年1月手术治疗老年人早期食管癌25例的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:手术切除率100%,手术并发症率40%,无手术死亡。3、5和10年生存率分别为889%(16/18)、800%(8/10)和714%(5/7)。结论:在门诊工作中重视早期食管癌的临床症状,采用多种检查方法进行综合分析可提高老年人早期食管癌的诊断率,对早期食管癌应提倡积极的手术治疗。
Objective:To improve the diagnosis rate of senile patients with early esophageal carcinoma and evaluate the effect of surgical treatment.Method:The clinical data of 25 cases of senile patients with early esophageal carcinoma received surgical treatment from Mar.1975 to Jan.1997,were analyzed retrospectively.Result:The resection rate was 100%.The total rate of postoperative complications was 4 0%.The operative mortality rate was 0%.The 3-,5-and 10-year survival rate was 88 9%(16/18),80 0%(8/10)and 71 4%(5/7) respectively.Conclusion:The diagnosis rate could be improved by paying attention to the clinical complaints of early esophageal carcinoma and complex analyzing the results of examinations.It is thought that operative treatment of early esophageal carcinoma must be suggested.
