摘要
目的:观察激光环形吻合后,大鼠坐骨神经修复过程并与常规缝线吻合神经对照.方法:利用光路转换原理,使激光同时照射在神经断端的周围圆周上迅速吻合神经.分析激光吻合与缝线吻合时大鼠肢体功能的恢复,神经肌肉传导速度及组织学变化.结果:大鼠术后展趾功能开始出现时间激光组比缝合组早5d,6Wb后神经肌肉传导速度激光组快于缝合组.组织学检查显示激光组神经纤维排列整齐,无明显轴突外逸及神经瘤和异物形成,神经纤维通过率达89.04%.结论:CO2激光环形吻合神经方便可行,对神经再生及功能恢复具有良好作用,可降低手术时间和手术难度.
AIM: To study the recover of the sciatic nerve after CO2 laser circular anastomosis and compare it with suture welding. METHODS: By transforming optical system, the laser beam can radiate simultaneously and uniformly on the circle of the nerve. The changes of the nerve-muscle conductive velocity and resuming process of the limbs function of the rats are analyzed. RESULTS: The recover time of the rats'toe spread for the laser group is 5 d earlier than that for suture group. 6 wk later the nerve-muscle conductive velocity of the laser group is faster than that of the suture group. The histological experiments show that there is less scar and well nerve regeneration for laser group and the rate of the nerve fiber cross over the anatomosis region was 89. 04%. CONCLUSION: CO2 circular anatomosis is easy and feasible. It is of benefit to the nerve regeneration and function recover. It can also decrease the operating time and make the operation easy.
