摘要
文章对TY165A液力变矩器两次轴承的改进分别进行了论述,分析了7209轴承的工作工况、损坏特点和原因,在该轴承的配置方式、内部结构和安装方法等多方面实行了改进措施。对6311C4轴承的损坏进行现场调查和轴承支承结构分析,找出两次轴承损坏的内在联系,用更能承受轴向冲击的QJF311轴承代替6311C4轴承,经二年多的时间验证,两次轴承改进是有效和成功的。
There are proposed in the paper the discussion on the second improvement of the bearings in the TY165A torque converter, the analysis of the conditions features of damage in bearing 7209 and their reasons and the improvement of the bearings' equipment, inter-structure and the installation. The on-site research and the analysis of construction are provided to the damaged bearing 6311C4 in a bid to find the relationship between the two damages and replace it with bearing QJF311 which can endure more axial impact. The second improvement is proved to be efficient and successful by more than two years'o experiments.
