椭圆垫接触应力数值模拟

摘要 运用ANSYS的接触分析功能,对不锈钢椭圆垫在不同螺栓载荷与介质压力作用下的接触行为进行数值模拟,研究垫片的真实接触应力分布规律和平均接触应力变化规律,得到垫片平均接触应力随螺栓载荷和介质压力变化的关系,为连接系统紧密性分析与设计方法的建立提供理论依据。 Using ANSYS contact analysis function, the deformation behavior of connection subjected to various bolt loads and medium pressures was numerically simulated. The distribution Of the gasket actual contact stress and the change of the gasket average contact stress were discussed. The relationships among the gasket average contact stress, bolt load and medium pressure were obtained. Theoretical basis for building a method of tightness analysis and design will be provided.
