树脂膜和硫膜控释尿素对小麦近根区土壤微生物多样性的影响 被引量:2

Analysis of Wheaten Rhizosphere Soil Microbial Diversity in Controlled Release Urea Coated by Polymer and Sulfur

摘要 利用Biolog ECO微孔板技术,从微生物功能多样性的角度,通过田间试验研究树脂膜和硫膜控释尿素对小麦近根区土壤微生物多样性的影响。研究结果表明:硫膜控释尿素在培养初期提高了小麦近根区土壤微生物利用单一碳源的能力,但随着时间延续逐渐降低,而树脂膜控释尿素则越来越强;在N300 kg/hm2条件下,硫膜控释尿素对全部碳源利用能力最高,在N210 kg/hm2条件下树脂膜控释尿素最高;在两种施氮量条件下,培养初期均为硫膜控释尿素有利于提高小麦近根区土壤微生物群落的多样性。 The paper analysis wheaten rhizosphere edaphon activity in different coated material of controlled-release urea from the angle of microbial community functional diversity by the Biolog ECO system.The results show that controlled release urea coated by sulfur was beneficial to the diversity and function of soil microbial community,but wheaten rhizosphere soil microbial diversity decreased continuously with the culture days increasing.However,controlled release urea coated by polymer let the soil microbes make sustainable use of single carbon resource.Soil microbes of controlled release urea coated by sulfur can utilize more carbon sources in the condition of N300 kg/hm2,while controlled release urea coated by polymer has the higher ability to make soil microbes to use more carbon sources in the condition of N210 kg/hm2.Controlled release urea coated by sulfur is more conducive to enhancing wheaten rhizosphere soil microbial diversity under the condition of two kinds of different nitrogen rates.
