胃肠道间质瘤中凋亡细胞的表达及意义

摘要 目的探讨胃肠道间质瘤中凋亡细胞的表达及意义。方法应用TUNEL法观察40例胃肠道间质瘤凋亡细胞的表达情况。结果良性、潜在恶性、恶性胃肠道间质瘤的凋亡指数(AI)为分别(1.51±0.32)、(1.37±0.17)、(1.02±0.04),良性和潜在恶性胃肠道间质瘤的凋亡指数高于恶性胃肠道间质瘤(P<0.05)。结论 TUNEL法标记凋亡细胞对胃肠道间质瘤的恶性程度及预后判断有意义。
