摘要
为了提高对高龄及高危前列腺肥大症患者的治疗效果，对３８例患者进行了ＴＵＲＰ（经尿道前列腺电切术）术后平均随访１４个月，对手术适应证、操作要点结合文献进行了讨论。
To achieve the good therapeutic effect 38 patients were treated with TURP and were followed 14 months on average. Results showed that the curative effect was satisfying.The operating indication and essentials were discussed. It is thinked that the advanced age and complication are not absolute contraindication.
