摘要
目的对入住本院接受治疗的120例老年胆结石患者进行回顾性分析,总结和探讨老年人胆结石病的治疗体会。方法对患者确诊并分析病情,根据病情施行针对性的手术方案。其中单纯胆囊切除85例,胆管空肠Roux-Y吻合术7例,胆囊造瘘5例,胆管切开取石23例,其中T管引流17例。结果患者接受治疗后,显著98例,有效22例,无一例死亡。结论老年胆结石病手术治疗方案的选择,应建立在准确诊断上。在具体的手术过程中,要熟练准确地操作,以减少患者的痛苦,提高患者的生存质量。
Objective To retrospectively analyze 120 patients of old gallstones in our hospital for treatment,and summarize and discuss the experience on treatment for old gallstones.Methods Patients were diagnosed and the illnesses were analyzed,surgery was carried on according to the illness condition.Specific operation scheme were follows：pure cholecystotomy：85 cases,cholangiojejunostomy：7 cases,gall fistulization：5 cases,bile duct MPNL：23 cases,including 7 cases of t-tube drainage.Results After treatment,98 cases were remarkable,22 cases were effective and no 1 case of deaths.Conclusion Option of surgical treatment for old gallstone disease should be established in accurate diagnosis.In the specific operation process,skilled and accurate operation must be emphasized,in order to reduce the pain of patients,and improve the survival quality of patients.
