摘要
近年来,内蒙古经济总量呈快速增长态势,综合经济实力不断提升。但是,从三次产业的整体来看,地区经济发展主要靠第二产业——工业拉动,以高投入、高消耗、高增长、低效益为特征的传统经济发展方式,仍然主导着内蒙古产业经济的发展,资源型产业规模的不断扩大,对自然资源和生态环境都造成了严重的威胁。必须以循环经济理念,构建内蒙古生态产业体系,有效协调资源、环境和经济发展之间的关系,才能够实现产业经济效益与资源环境效益的和谐统一,才能够保证地区经济系统的可持续发展。
In recent years, the gross economic output of Inner Mongolia displays a rapid increase and the comprehensive economic power is constantly promoting. However, judging it as a whole, the local economic development is mainly dependent on the second industry, which is characterized by the traditional economic development mode of high input, high consumption, high growth and low efficiency. It dominates the development of industrial economy in Inner Mongolia. The growth of resource-oriented industries threatens natural resources and ecological environment. Therefore, it is necessary to construct Inner Mongolian ecological industrial system with circular economy concept, to coordinate the relationship among resources, environment and economic development so as to realize the harmony between industrial economic effect and resource and environment effect and to guarantee the sustainable development of local economic system.
