摘要
采用染色体直接压片技术,以叶片为试材,对4种巴西橡胶树无性系的染色体数目和核型进行研究。结果表明:参试的4个无性系染色体数目均为2n=36,其中PR255核型公式为2n=36=24m+12sm(2SAT),大丰95核型公式为2n=36=28m+8sm(2SAT),热研2-14-39核型公式为2n=36=20m(2SAT)+16sm,RRIM712核型公式为2n=36=14m+22sm,四者核型类型均为2B型,在进化上属于比较原始的类型。
Hevea brasiliensis is an important tropical cash plant. PR255 is a main cuhivar in Malaysia, while Dafeng 95, Reyan 2-14-39 and RRIM712 are important varieties in China. The aim of this study was to calculate the chromosomes number and analyze the karyotype of the four cuhivars by applying fingertip pressing method. The results indicated that the four cuhivars presented the same chromosome number 2n=36, the karyotype formulas were as follow: PR255 2n=36=24m+12sm (2SAT), Dafeng 95 2n= 36=28m+8sm (2SAT), Reyan 2-14-39 2n=36=20m (2SAT)+16sm and RRIM712 2n=36=14m+22sm. The karyotype of PR255, Dafeng 95, Reyan2-14-39, RRIM712 belonged to Stebbins "2B" , They were relative original in genome evolution.
