七氟醚和丙泊酚复合罗库溴铵用于成人麻醉对比分析

摘要 目的比较七氟醚和丙泊酚复合罗库溴铵用于成人麻醉诱导中的起效时间、循环系统反应及插管、苏醒期的不良反应,探讨其可靠性与实用性。方法回顾分析采用两种麻醉诱导方法进行手术患者(各40例)的相关资料并进行比较。结果 S组SBP、DBP、HR相对P组更稳定,两组患者意识消失时间、拔管时间、苏醒时间比较亦有统计学差异。结论七氟醚不会延长患者苏醒时间,而且不延长罗库溴铵的残余肌松作用,本法在成年人普外科手术的麻醉效果确切、平稳,苏醒迅速,是较为安全、理想的麻醉方式。
