摘要
目的观察小剂量激素治疗围绝经期及绝经后妇女功能性消化不良(FD)的临床效果。方法 60例围绝经期及绝经后妇女有FD症状病人分治疗组及对照组各30例,治疗组给予小剂量结合雌激素及安宫黄体酮口服,对照组给予促胃动力药多潘立酮口服,用药4周,记录患者治疗前后FD症状评分及Kupperman评分。结果用药4周后,治疗组与对照组治疗后FD评分和Kupperman评分对比差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.001)。治疗过程及治疗后随访未发现不良情况。结论小剂量激素治疗围绝经期及绝经后妇女可以调节神经内分泌紊乱,改善功能性消化不良症状及精神症状,且无明显副作用。
Objective To observe the effect of low-dose of hormone on perimenopausal and postmenopansal women with functional dyspepsia. Methods Sixty perimenopausal and postmenopausal women with functional dyspepsia were divided into the treatment group and the control group（30 in each group）. The treatment group was given low dose of estrogen and medroxyprogesterone orally for 4 weeks and the control group was given domperidone for the same time,and the FD symptom score and Kupperman score before and after treatment were recorded. Results There were significant differences in the FD score and Kupperman score between the treatment group and the control group（P〈0.001 ） after 4-week treatment. Conclusion Low-dose of hormone for perimenopausal and postmenopansal women with functional dyspepsia can regulate neuroendocrine disorder, improve functional dyspepsia and mental symptoms, with no obvious side effects.
