基于GT-COOL的对发动机冷却系散热能力影响研究 被引量:5

摘要 利用GT-COOL软件建立某柴油机的冷却系模型,模拟分析最大扭矩工况下风扇、水泵的不同体积流量和压力对冷却系统的散热能力的影响。最终通过对风扇、水泵选择合适的参数以保证机体出口冷却液温度在80~98℃之间,并提出进一步的改进措施。 A numerical cooling system model of vehicle engine is developed in the GT-SUITE/GT-COOL environment. The thesis focused on analyzing the cooling capacity of various engine conditions. In the model, the reference volumetric flow rate and reference pressure rise of the fan and pump are respectively changed in order to observe the coolant temperature change, the mass flow rate and power of the water pumps and fans as well as the thermostat lift. By choosing suitable parameter, the coolant temperature is kept in reasonable range. Further improvement measures are proposed.
