摘要
本文把500例健康人,分成三个年龄组.除进行常规12导联心电图描记外,加做V_7,V_8,V_9胸导联心电图,以了解V_7、V_8、V_9导联心电图各波的形态与正常值,为临床诊断真后壁心肌梗塞提供鉴别依据.研究结果表明:正常人V_7,V_8导联心电图各波形与V_5、V_4基本相似,而V_9导联则T波多变.
This paper analyzes 500 normal adults in 3 age-groups, Except for the conventional ECG, V_7, V_8 and V_9 leads ECG have also been practised.The waveforms and the normal value of V_7, V_8 and V_9 obtained are used as the basis for clinical diagnosis of the posterior myocardial infarction. The experimental result shows that the waveforms of V_7, V_8 and V_9 leads ECG of the normal adults are similar to that of V_5 and V_6, bat the T-wave of V_9 is varied.
