摘要
近年来我国债券市场取得很大进展,但市场分割等深层次问题日益凸现,严重影响债券市场的可持续发展。从制度经济学的角度作者论述了我国债券市场制度改进的重要性,建议国家采取适当措施,逐步推进直至实现交易所债券市场与银行间债券市场的统一。
China＇s bond market has made great progress in recent years. However, some profound problerm such as market segmentation have become increasingly urgent and have exerted a negative impact on the sustainable development of the bond market. The paper discussed the importance about improving the system of bond market from the perspective of the institutional economics, and then snggested that the government should take appropriate actions to promote the unification of the exchange bond market and the inter- bank bond market.
