摘要
目的:总结分析腹腔镜胆囊切除术围手术期的护理措施。方法:做好各项护理评估,对300例实施腹腔镜胆囊切除的患者进行术前健康教育以及心理护理,消除其对手术的紧张感,充分做好术前准备及术中配合,术后密切监测生命体征和各种并发症的观察与护理。结果:本组患者术后发生腹腔内出血1例,经及时进行开腹探查、缝合止血后,病情好转,10 d后出院,有2例出现皮下气肿,未经特殊处理,2 d后气肿自行吸收;其余患者术程顺利,均于4～7 d后痊愈出院。结论:细致周到的围手术期护理是促进手术成功的必备条件之一,同时也是减少术后并发症,促进患者早日康复的重要保证。
Objective ：To analyze the perioperative nursing measures of laparoseopic cholecystectomy. Methods：Do well care of the nursing assessment, the implementation of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in patients with preoperative missionary and mental health care, the elimination of the tension of surgical patients, adequate preoperative preparation, intraoperative with postoperative vital signs closely and various complications of observation and care. Results： There was 1 case occured intra -abdominal bleeding,and 2 cases occured subcutaneous emphysema postoperative,the remaining patients a smooth process through the timely symptomatic treatment and care, were discharged. Conclusion： The meticulous and thorough perioperative care is one of the conditions necessary for successful operation, but also to reduce post - operative complications and promote an early recovery in patients with an important guarantee.
