摘要
校企合作办学是高等职业教育的基本特征与发展方向,是学校和企业双方共同参与人才培养的过程。校企合作的成功需要多方积极参与,大力配合。本文分析了当前高职院校校企合作中存在的问题,提出了应采取的对策措施。
School-Enterprise cooperation is the basic characteristics and development orientation of higher vocational education, in which both sides of school and enterprise participate in the process of talents training. The success of school-enterprise cooperation needs multiple roles active participation and sufficient cooperation. This article analyzed the current problems of school-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational colleges and put forward some countermeasures taken by both sides.
