摘要
研究了软实力的理论内涵,从企业文化的视角对企业软实力进行了解读,并从三个方面针对勘察设计企业的特质提出了软实力建设的思路和建议,从而构建勘察设计企业持续的竞争能力。
The paper researches the theoretic connotation of the soft power theory,interprets the enterprises' soft power from the enterprises' culture,and points out the idea and suggestions for the special quality of the survey and design enterprises from three aspects,so as to build up the competitive capacity of the survey and design enterprises.
