在分析雷达结构、生产工艺准备特点和工艺系统需求的基础上，结合当前需求现状和PLM系统功能特点，提出了面向雷达产品的协同工艺信息系统集成策略，并构建了由用户层、应用层、数据层构成的系统总体架构，详细探讨了系统实现的关键技术。在某研究所的应用中，验证了协同工艺信息系统框架及运行机制的可行性。
Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the radar structure, production, process planning and process planning system＇s requirements, with the research on the current need and the characteristics character of PLM, this paper proposes the integration strategy for collaborative process information system in radar manufacturing, and the. system architecture consisting of user layer, application layer and database layer is constructed, and the some key technologies of the system are discussed in detail Finally, the collaborative process information system validates availability of the schema in a factory.
