摘要
随着计算机技术和网络信息技术的进步,企业的信息化管理得到普遍应用。煤矿企业属于高危行业,事故的频繁发生,给经济繁荣和社会稳定造成了巨大影响。因此,安全问题成为目前煤矿急需解决的问题。论述了煤矿安全质量标准化考核管理信息系统开发的必要性,通过分析,将其划分为7个模块,采用Web浏览器/服务器模式进行系统平台模式、流程设计,为提高煤矿安全考核工作的信息化水平,推动煤矿企业实现"数字矿山"及"无纸化办公"提供了现代信息化支持。
With the progress of the information technology,information management has been widely used.The coal enterprise is one of the high risk industries.The frequent occurrence of accident has negative effect to the economic prosperity and social stability.Therefore the safety issues became the current problem of mining which is urgent to solve.Expounds the necessity of the development of the management information system of the coal mine safety quality standardization examination,through analysing,divides into seven moodules,by using Web browser/server model carries out the system platform model,process design,provide the modern information technology in the purposes of improving the level of information of the coal mine safety examination and promoting the coal enterprises to achieve the ＂Digital Mine＂ and ＂Paperless Office＂.
