摘要
目的了解中药治疗广泛性焦虑症的疗效和安全性。方法根据患者的中医症候给予相应的中药方剂治疗,使用汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、临床疗效总评量表(CGI)及治疗副反应量表(TESS)量表来判定疗效和副反应。结果从治疗第2周开始HAMA、CGI总分显著下降,与治疗前比较差异有显著性(P<0.01),总有效率为78.21%。经调整方剂和对症处理后症状减轻或消失,副反应轻。结论中医辨证治疗广泛性焦虑症疗效肯定,安全。
Aim To find out the effect and security of traditional Chinese medicine to treat generalized anxiety disorder.Methods According to traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）symptoms,we prescribed corresponding TCM prescriptions and used HAMA,CGI,and TESS scale to measure the effects and side effects.Results The total scores of HAMA and CGI had declined since the second week and showed significant difference（P〈0.05） compared with that of pre-treatment.The total effective rate was 78.21%.The symptoms were relieved or disappeared after adjusting TCM prescriptions and expectant treatments.Conclusion TCM differentiation is safe and effective in treating generalized anxiety disorder.
