摘要
深圳某地铁项目使用的海瑞克盾构,主驱动刀盘液压系统出现故障,通过对故障原因的分析,发现油液污染是导致故障的主要原因。对污染的液压系统进行处理后,达到了理想的效果,恢复了使用,同时,也提供了一种处理液压系统污染的方法。
Malfunction occurs to the hydraulic system of the cutterhead drive of a shield machine manufactured by Herrenknecht AG during the construction of Shenzhen Metro. It is concluded after analysis that the pollution of the hydraulic oil has resulted in the maltunction. The polluted hydraulic system is treated and the normal operation of the shield machine is recovered. The treatment method for the polluted hydraulic system is presented in the paper.
