摘要
在Windows平台下,基于GPIB卡PCI-3488,通过GPIB接口,针对程控微波仪表,提出了一种测试行波管特性的方法。该方法已经在行波管的特性曲线测试中取得了应用,能够提高测试的自动化程度、测试精度和效率,对测试结果的事后分析也带来了极大的便利。
On Windows operating system platform,based on the PCI-3488 of GPIB interface card,through the GPIB interface,aiming at the instrument of program-controlled microwave,a new testing method of characteristics of traveling wave tube is proposed.This method is applied in the test of characteristics of traveling wave tube.It can improve the automation,precision,efficiency of testing,and it also brings convenience for post analysis of testing results.
