摘要
本文是对HRP-Protein A间接法检测小麦丛矮病毒的研究报导。试验证明该方法检测寄主植物中的小麦丛矮病毒为阳性反应,健株对照及其它非小麦丛矮病毒均为阴性,对小麦丛矮病毒的检测具有特异性。检测小麦从矮病病株汁液的稀释度达1/1000,在我们的测试条件下,第一抗体浓度1/1000,测试抗体(酶标记A蛋白)的工作浓度1/40为好。
Wheat rosette stunt virus in wheat plants was detected using inderect ELISA withHRP-protein A. The result showed that difference between WRSV average OD and CK average ODwas very obvious. The ratio of WRSV average OD to CK average OD was more than 2. Di-lution of WRSV in the plant, which could be detected, was 1/1000. The method is effec-tive and specific for detecting WRSV in the plant.
