摘要
采用ＭＴＴ（二甲基噻唑二甲基四唑）法检测外周血单个核细胞（ＰＢＭＣ）对Ｒａｊｉ细胞的杀伤作用和免疫酶法测ＥＢ病毒相关抗体（ＥＢＶＶＣＡ－ＩｇＡ）的免疫阻抑作用，研究益气解毒片对该阻抑作用的解除效应。结果表明，益气解毒片一方面可以直接杀伤Ｒａｊｉ细胞，另一方面有解除ＥＢＶＶＣＡ－ＩｇＡ的封闭作用，使免疫细胞直接杀伤携带ＥＢ病毒基因的Ｒａｊｉ细胞。提示益气解毒片可能解除ＥＢＶＶＣＡ－ＩｇＡ的免疫封闭作用，从而阻断鼻咽癌（ＮＰＣ）高危者向ＮＰＣ的发展。
The killing action of normal person periphery blood monucler cell(PBMC)to Raji cell(EBV-transformed,EBV genome positive cell lines),the blocking action of EBV-antibody to the killing action of PBMC and the elimination of the Yiqijiedu Tablet were assayed with MTT.The results showed that Yiqijiedu Tablet could kill the Raji cell and eliminate the blocking action of EBV-antibody.This probably was the mechanism of Yiqijiedu Tablet in preventing the persons in high tisk status from nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
