摘要
目的探讨鼻饲护理对重度颅脑损伤昏迷患者的临床影响。方法 101例重度颅脑损伤昏迷患者在规范操作置管的基础上,加强对患者的监测和并发症预防。结果 101例患者营养状况均有不同程度的恢复,没有出现死亡病例。结论根据患者具体情况,在鼻饲中给予规范的置管操作和严密监测,对于提高患者营养状况是很有意义的。
Objective To explore the clinical in？ uence of nasal feeding nursing used for acute craniocerebral injury patients with stupor. Methods 101 cases of acute craniocerebral injury patients with stupor were strengthened detection and complications prevention on base of control standard operation with tube. Results The nutrition states of 101 cases of patients were recovered in different degrees,and no dead case occurred .Conclusions According to concrete conditions of patients,giving standard tube operation and strict monitoring,is meaningful for enhancing nutrition states of patients.
