摘要
采用具有高性能、低功耗特点的MSP430单片机作为主控芯片,结合物质的介电系数与电容器电容量成正比特性,用双线绕电容传感器测量,设计出智能化的低功耗石油原油含水率测试仪。使用数字拟合的方法对测量数据的非线性和温度漂移特性进行了修正和补偿,将测试结果在液晶显示屏上显示。本系统的最大特点是使用的双线绕电容传感器进行数据采集,能够测量多种物质的含水率。
With high performance and low power dissipation of MSP430 single chip computer,used as the top management chip of the characteristic of the qualitative dielectric coefficient in proportion to condenser capacity and by the measurement of a two-wire reeling capacitive sensor,the intelligent and low power dissipation media ratio instrument was designed.The non-linearity and temperature drifting characteristic of the measured data were clearly amended and compensated.The test result was delayed at LCD.The most obvious characteristics of this system is point are adopting two-wire reeling capacitive sensor to gather data and it is possible to measure the manifold physical water ratio.
