摘要
目的：建立通精化浊丸的质量标准。方法：以有效成分芍药苷为指标,采用高效液相色谱法建立了制剂的含量测定方法。结果：芍药苷的进样浓度在0.0367~0.0857mg/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9994,平均回收率为99.92%,RSD=1.8%。结论：含量测定方法可靠、准确、专属性强,可控制本品的质量。
Objection：To Establish the quality criteria for Tongjinghuazhuo Pill.Methods：Adopt the method with the paeoniflorin efficiency content to introduce the preparations content determine by HPLC.Results：The quantitative evaluation of Paeoniflorin had the linear range of 0.0367~0.0857mg/mL（r=0.9994）,The average recovery was 99.92%,R=1.8%.Conclusion：The method is reliable,accuate and specific,It can be used for quality control of Tongjinghuazhuo Pill.
