摘要
目的探讨不同血球分析仪检测结果的可比性和一致性的方法。方法根据美国临床化学标准化委员会(NCCLS)标准化文件EP9-A的要求,对二台美国雅培CELL-DYN-3700(仪器1)、CELL-DYN-1700(仪器2)与日本希斯美康SYSMEX-XE-2100(仪器3)血球分析仪的检测结果在校准前和校准后分别进行比对分析,以评估两检测系统检测结果的偏倚是否在可接受范围内。结果检测结果表明,校准前美国雅培CELL-DYN与日本希斯美康SYSMEX系统在个别项目上有较大偏倚;而校准后两系的偏倚完全符合要求,且有较好的一致性。结论校准是保证仪器结果稳定的有效方法 ,通过定期校准仪器,能使不同品牌血球分析仪之间达到较好的稳定性及各仪器结果之间的一致性。
Objective An evaluation of the deviation of the examined results and contrast of the methods used by different hemocytoanalyzers was made in order to seek a method to make the results of different instruments more comparable and consistent.Methods According to the requirement of NCCLS,two U.S made hemocytoanalyzers CELL-CYN-3700,CELL-DYN-1700 and one Japan made SYSMES-XE-2100 were compared in their examined results before and after correction to see whether the deviation of the results be acceptable.Results There were great deviations between CELLS-DYN and SYSM-EX in several items before correction.But after correction,the deviation of the examined results by both was acceptable and had a better consistence.Conclusion Correction is a good means to assure a stable result.A better stability and consistence of the results can be achieved by regular correction.
