摘要
文章列举有明末造政治、经济、军事、司法诸方面的弊端,缕述吏治腐败之表现及其危害,并剖析形成的原因,水到渠成地得出历史上最严重的腐败为吏治之腐败的结论。本篇为文章后半部分。
The paper listed the malpractices in politics,economics,army,and judicature,and officials＇ corruptions.It analyzes the causes and the harms,and draws the conclusion that the most serious corruption is the corruption of the officials.The paper is the last half.
