摘要
目的:评价宫腔镜电切手术治疗不同类型黏膜下子宫肌瘤的疗效。方法:回顾分析宫腔镜电切术治疗黏膜下子宫肌瘤患者136例,其中0型64例,Ⅰ型52例,Ⅱ型20例。比较3组间手术时间、术中出血量、术后出血时间、住院时间及术后满意率的差异。结果:宫腔镜电切术治疗0型黏膜下肌瘤各指标均明显优于Ⅰ型及Ⅱ型,具有显著性差异,P<0.05。0型术后满意率达100%,Ⅰ型术后满意率为94.2%,Ⅱ型术后满意率仅为40%;所有患者手术后无严重并发症出现。结论:宫腔镜电切术治疗黏膜下子宫肌瘤,疗效确切,并发症少,满意度高,对0型及Ⅰ型黏膜下肌瘤尤其适用。
Objective：To evaluate the therapeutic effect and safety of hysteroscope operation in treating different types of submucous hysteromyoma.Methods：136 cases which 64 cases were type 0,52 type Ⅰ and 20 typeⅡ,were treated by hysteromyoma excision simultaneously through hysteroscope.The therapeutic effects were evaluated as satisfaction or dis-satisfaction according to operation time,operation bleeding volume,post-operation bleeding time,Length of stay and so on.Results：The type 0 has a significant statistical difference with type Ⅰ and type Ⅱ,P0.05.The total satisfactory rate is 88.97%,and the rates of type 0 and type Ⅰ reached 100% and 94.2%,while only 40% of type Ⅱ.There was no complication in all patients.Conclusion：Hysteroscope operation is the best choice in treating submucous myoma,especially in type 0 and type Ⅰ.
