摘要
中医药要走向世界,如何取得国际医学界认可的临床疗效评价方法最为关键,探讨了近10年中医疗效评价方法,主要包括:传统的"证"的疗效评价、降维升阶的方法、系统论的评价方法、个体化的评价方法、循证医学的评价方法,虚拟模型的临床疗效评价方法,这些方法在中医药疗效评价上取得了一定的成效,但也存着问题,希望在此基础上能建立适合中国传统医学的临床疗效评价体系。
Traditional Chinese Medicine（TCM） to engage the world,the most important thing is how to obtain the clinical evaluation methods from the international medical community recognized.This paper discusses the efficacy evaluation methods of traditional Chinese medicine over the past decade,which include：the traditional ＂zheng＂ therapeutic efficacy evaluation,L-order dimension reduction methods and system theory methods of evaluation,individualized methods of evaluation,evidence-based medicine evaluation,the virtual model of clinical evaluation methods,these methods in the Clinical evaluation of medicine has achieved some success also keep the issue. So we hope that on this basis can be established for the clinical therapeutic efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine evaluation system efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine evaluation system.
