摘要
目的:通过中医综合治疗和西医治疗结果的比较,评价中医综合方案治疗早期缺血性中风病的临床疗效。方法:把急性缺血性中风患者78人分为两组,治疗组58例,对照组20例,在基础治疗相同的情况下,治疗组加用中医综合治疗。结果:治疗中两组NIHSS评分、BI指数和MoCA评分比较各表都显示统计学意义。结论:中医综合疗法对于早期缺血性中风患者在治疗效果的提高及生活质量的改善上有一定的临床意义。
Objective：Comparing the integrated treatment of TCM with west medicine treatment aims to evaluate the clinical effect of the integrated TCM in the treatment of early ischemia stroke.Methods：78 patients with acute ischemia stroke are divided into two groups：treatment group （58 cases） and control group （20 cases）.In the case of the same basic treatment,the treatment group receives combined treatment using traditional Chinese medicine. Results：The comparison of two groups of NIHSS scores,BI index and MoCA scores in the treatment shows statistical significance. Conclusion：TCM combination therapy has a certain clinical significance for patients of early ischemic stroke in the increase of treatment effect and improvement of the quality of life.
