摘要
对近5年来细辛应用文献进行回顾总结。从细辛的应用指征、剂量、煎服法、炮制、配伍等对应用细辛的经验进行总结,为临床安全性应用提供参考。结果显示:细辛确有毒性,通过掌握应用指征、应用不同炮制方法及不同配伍等可起到减少毒性反应的目的。
Asarum application literature wes reviewed for the past five years. The application of Asarum indication,dosage,methods of decoction,processing,compatibility were summarized to provide reference for clinical safety applications. The results showed that there was Asarum toxcity,but by mastering the application indications,the application of different processing methods and different combinations may decrease the toxic effects.
