摘要
通过对溃疡性结肠炎病因病机、病变过程及"以温药和之"内涵的辨证分析,认为其病变实质是脾肾阳虚兼肝郁,病性为虚实夹杂,治疗可"以温药和之"立法处方,药物配伍组成遵循"温药和之"的特点,以经方理中汤及四逆散为基本方,体现治病求本,辨治方法简约,从而达到协调脏腑功能,恢复机体稳态的治疗目的。
Through the pathogenesis of ulcerative colitis,disease process and the ＂to mediate with warm drug treatment＂content of the dialectical annlysis,that the disease is spleen and kidney yang deficiency accompanied by stagnation in real terms,deficiency and reality of mixed disease,treatment may be the ＂to mediate with warm drug treatment＂as measures to dispense prescriptions,drug compatibility of the composition follows the＂to mediate with warm drug treatment＂characteristics,as the basic prescription used LiZhong and SiNi from view of Shanghan,reflects the demand treatment,treating simple way to achieve the coordination of visceral functions,Treatment aims to restore the body steady.
