摘要
慢性乙型病毒性肝炎以其世界范围的高发率,仍然占据着慢性传染病的研究的焦点位置,全世界的医学界人员致力于该病的研究,中医药在该病防治方面的研究始终方兴未艾,本文对中医药治疗慢性乙肝的研究状况进行总结。慢乙肝的中医药治疗方法主要有辨证分型论治、以法论治、单味中药治疗、固定方药治疗、基础方加减治疗,然而尽管治疗方法复杂,但是总离不开中医辨证论治,审证求因,治病求本的基本理论。在中医药治疗慢乙肝取得一定疗效的同时,中医药治疗慢乙肝的研究也遇到了一些不可回避的问题,亟待解决。
Chronic hepatitis B （CHB）remains a focus of chronic disease research,because that is still a kind of disease of high incidencein the world. Therefore,many medical staff is committed to the research of the treatment of this disease. Similarly,there are many physicians actively explore the use of Chinese medicine and method in the treatment of CHB. This article will summarize the actual state of TCM treatment study of CHB. There are many treatment methods of TCM have been used in the treatment of CHB. Although these methods looks very complicated,They are still derived from the theory of TCM. While the efficacy of Chinese medicine has been found in patients with CHB,Physicians are still faced a number of difficulties in treating CHB.
