Study on Stretch-bending Process for Aluminium Profile

摘要 拉弯成形可以有效地减少回弹,实现型材的高精度弯曲,因此拉弯成形在飞机、汽车型材弯曲件的生产中得到了广泛的应用。针对型材的拉弯成形,从型材力学性能、截面形状、工艺参数3个方面阐述了目前的研究状况及所取得的成果。 The stretch-bending is an important method of forming profile because it can decrease the springback effectively and improve the forming precision.The stretch-bending process is widely used in the forming of profile in car and aircraft.The theme of this paper is the current research status and achievements,by study on mechanical properties of profiles,cross-section shape and process parameters.
