摘要
应用PDM思想,以汽车零部件为核心,构建了汽车生产制造中的一套新的管理理念,包括汽车零部件的关系型数据库建设。通过同类零件的相同属性,如名称、加工工序等建立关联,以便统一进行产品配置、文档管理和工艺规程设计。在PDM的文档管理中采用B/S模式不但方便浏览,更加有利于PDM软件系统的开发,而且对于用户来讲更加方便使用。对于任务的细分,以汽车零部件中最基本零件作为任务分解的结束,为PDM系统的设计和应用提供了依据。
Applying the PDM idea and taking the auto parts as core,the paper create a set of new management concept in the auto manufacturing,including the building of the relational database of the auto parts.According to the relational database,the PDM can build the relation if the parts have the same property.The paper uses the mode of B/S in the management of the PDM document.so it is more convenient to display and more easy to develop the PDM.For the subdividing method of task,the system takes the basic part of the auto as the subdividing end.The way provides a foundation for the design of the PDM system.
