古田会议为如何加强基层党组织建设做了有益的理论和实践探索。古田会议精神的核心是思想建党,精髓是求实创新,本质是一切为民,根本是保持党的先进性。这些探索和精神为今天我们加强高校基层党组织建设提供了十分宝贵的历史启示。
Gutian Conference in 1929 made much useful exploration of the construction of primary party organization.The sprit of Gutian Conference consists of two core principles： building party ideologically and building army politically.Following practical and innovative approach and insisting on the principle that army should be ruled by Party are the quintessence of Gutian Conference spirit.The explorations and spirit have an important guiding and pushing effect on strengthening the construction of primary party organization in the colleges and universities in new period.
