摘要
为提高起重机金属结构可靠性,给出起重机腐蚀实测数据统计分析流程,建立起重机腐蚀深度3参数幂函数表达形式模型.应用蒙特卡罗法与有限元技术,以板厚、外载荷、材料屈服极限和弹性模量作为参数变量,从强度、变形和屈曲等3方面考虑结构的失效模式.用MSC Nastran和Isight对某32t的桥式起重机金属结构进行可靠性分析.该方法为起重机金属结构的可靠性分析提供比较系统的分析方法.
To improve the metal structure reliability of a crane, the statistical analysis process about collected corrosion data of the crane is proposed and the model of three parameters power function about the depth of corrosion of the crane is set up. Considering intensity, distortion and flexion of the structures, the factors of failure modes are analyzed by Monte-Carlo and finite element technologies, taking plate thickness, external load, yielding limit of materials and elasticity modulus as parameters. The metal structure reliability of a 32 t bridge crane is analyzed by MSC Nastran and Isight. The method provides a more systemic method for metal structure reliability of the crane.
